- To Gurugram, Faridabad, and Noida: Deliveries to these locations may take 5-10 working days as well, depending on your location and the volume of orders in your area.
3. Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation and take 5-10 working days to reach your address. Our team will work diligently to get your items ready for shipment
4. Shipping Restrictions: We only deliver within New Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Noida.

EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sethi Stores, we are committed to your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience is hassle-free. Our exchange policy is designed to provide you with the necessary guidelines for exchanging products. We offer a no refund, exchange-only policy. Customers may request exchanges within 7 days of the product’s delivery. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions.
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- You are eligible to request an exchange if:
- You received a product that you believe is not the correct size, color, or variant.
- The product is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- The exchange request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The total value of the exc hange order is equal to or greater than the original order value.
2. Exemptions for Exchange : Please note that we do not accept exchanges for the following:
- School Uniform Socks: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for school uniform socks.
- Uniform without Tags: Products must have their original tags and labels intact for an exchange to be processed.
- Damaged or Altered Uniform: Uniforms that have been damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange.
3. Exchange Process: If you meet the eligibility criteria for an exchange, follow these steps:
- Fill the Exchange form on our website team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
- Provide the order number, a clear description of the reason for the exchange, and clear photographs if the product is damaged.
- Wait for our customer support team to respond with further instruction via Email shared in the form.
- Upon approval, pack the product securely, ensuring it is in its original condition with all tags intact.
4. Shipping for Exchanges: We offer a one time exchange request per order, where the pickup and delivery is our responsibility. After an exchange request is fulfilled from our end (1 request per order) , any further exchanges and expenses for shipping the product shall be borne by the customer.
5. Inspection and Approval : Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange policy criteria. If the product meets these conditions, we will process the exchange.
6. Exchange Options: You have the following options for exchanges:
- Exchange for a different size or variant of the same product, if available.
- Exchange for a different product of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
