RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy :

  • No returns will be accepted; only exchanges are permitted.
  • Returns are applicable only in case of damaged or defective products.
  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery for return authorization.

 

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds, however Exchanges are applicable for products (excluding socks, school caps, and stockings) within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Products must be in unused, unaltered condition with intact tags.
  • Exchange requests beyond 7 days post delivery will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No order cancellations are accepted once the order is placed.
